Commandant Pradeep Mishra (Retd) has joined NDDB Dairy Services as Deputy General Manager – Logistics Operations, marking a seamless transition from high-impact roles in defence and corporate logistics to a mission-driven organization shaping rural India’s future. With over 12 years in the Indian Coast Guard, Pradeep held critical leadership roles in air operations, maritime security, and strategic planning. His distinguished armed forces tenure saw him lead rescue missions, manage national supply chain security, and implement UAV strategies for enhanced coastal surveillance. His ability to lead under pressure and drive mission success in volatile environments has been a hallmark of his career.
After hanging his uniform, Pradeep brought his deep-rooted discipline and leadership to Amazon, where he led large-scale delivery and operations teams. From managing Seller Support and Solution Team and delivery station in Kolkata to driving workforce productivity, customer satisfaction, and Lean process improvements, his results were both data-driven and human-centric.
