With over 16 years of experience driving people strategy and transformation across diverse sectors—including Fintech, FMCG, Retail, Heavy Industries, and Telecom; Delton will focus on strengthening Native’s HR practice supporting enterprise clients in making strategic hiring decisions and building future-ready leadership pipelines.
Known for blending instinct with data to drive impactful outcomes, Delton brings a deep understanding of aligning HR practices with evolving business landscapes. At Native, he joins a forward-thinking team that connects talent and organizations through what they call the “Power of Informed Intuition.” With a footprint spanning 15 industries and a network of 100+ consultants across Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore, Native has helped thousands of business leaders find the right organizational fit.
Prior to this role, Delton served as Director – Human Resources (Sales, Product & Partnerships) at Pine Labs, where he crafted agile people strategies that elevated business performance. His earlier roles at Bajaj Consumer Care and Travel Food Services saw him lead transformative HR initiatives, from talent development and engagement to organizational restructuring and leadership coaching. Across roles, he has been recognized not only for his strategic vision but also for fostering inclusive, performance-driven cultures.
