Dhirendra Sharma has taken on a new role at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited as Assistant Vice President – MENA Region. Bringing with him decades of rich experience across Cipla, Biocon, NeoBiocon, and Pharmalink Drug Store, Sharma is set to contribute meaningfully to Cadila’s vision for the MENA region.
Throughout his career, Dhirendra Sharma has built a strong foundation in pharmaceutical business development and strategic leadership. During his 12-year tenure at NeoBiocon, he rose through the ranks from Assistant Manager to Business Manager, successfully managing complex transitions, new product launches, and strategic partnerships across Biocon FZ and NeoBiocon. His earlier roles at Pharmalink Drug Store and SRL Diagnostics in the UAE further sharpened his capabilities in key account management, business development, and healthcare service promotion. Sharma’s professional journey began with Cipla, where he led impactful initiatives in respiratory healthcare, achieving significant market leadership.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Cardiff University, and the Scottish Qualifications Authority, Dhirendra Sharma credits his academic journey for shaping his leadership and strategic vision. As he steps into this new phase at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, Sharma is excited to drive growth and build a stronger presence for the organization in the MENA region.
