Before joining Celsius Healthcare, Dr. Mukherjee held the position of SBU Head – Sales & Marketing at Akumentis Healthcare Ltd.. During his tenure, he achieved significant milestones such as doubling the growth of power brands within two years, enhancing field coverage, streamlining product portfolios, and reducing attrition by over 30%. He also spearheaded the growth of key brands like Fibroease and elevated the Harmonica division to a leadership position in women’s healthcare. His ability to align strategic goals with operational efficiency resulted in consistent revenue growth and improved profitability.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Mukherjee served as SBU Head at Wanbury Limited, where he launched market-leading solutions like Cpink Total for treating anemia and Coriminic for cough and cold management. He also introduced management development programs, reduced attrition, and implemented innovative reporting mechanisms to enhance field efficiency. At Emcure Pharmaceuticals, he managed the MAIN Division for India and Nepal, achieving a record growth of 98% and expanding key brands like Orofer and Asomex to national prominence.
