Harleen Bhatti has been appointed as Vice President – D2C at Honasa Consumer, bringing with her a strong background in performance marketing, retention, and growth strategy across leading consumer brands. With over a decade of experience, she has previously held leadership roles at Wellbeing Nutrition, The Good Glamm Group, and Lenskart.com, where she led end-to-end digital growth initiatives and scaled high-impact marketing functions.
In her previous role at Wellbeing Nutrition, Bhatti served as Vice President – D2C, where she focused on scaling digital operations and driving revenue through performance-led strategies. At The Good Glamm Group, she played a pivotal role in building and leading a 25-member D2C team that contributed to more than 60% of the group’s revenue. Her data-driven approach helped shape the company’s online marketing, CRM, customer analytics, and product-led growth functions.
During her time at Lenskart.com, she served as Head – Retention Marketing, driving omni-channel campaigns, strategic partnerships, and CRM-led revenue. Her initiatives included developing a customer data platform and optimizing conversion funnels to increase return on investment. With additional experience at Cure.Fit and a clear focus on measurable business outcomes, Bhatti has consistently demonstrated her ability to drive consumer engagement at scale.
Bhatti’s appointment reflects Honasa Consumer’s intent to further strengthen its direct-to-consumer strategy by bringing on seasoned leaders with a deep understanding of digital growth and consumer behavior. Her extensive multi-brand experience is expected to play a key role in expanding the company’s online footprint and profitability.
