An accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across India and international markets, Jerish brings a strong track record of aligning people strategies with business objectives. In his new role at Embark, he will focus on driving business growth through strategic talent initiatives, strengthening organizational culture, and building high-performing teams.
Prior to joining Embark, Jerish Joseph served at K Raheja Corp as AVP – HR where he was managing Residential Business and Commercial NON-REIT portfolio. Previously he has worked with companies like Tata Realty, Syskode Technologies, Cushman & Wakefield & Space Matrix Design Consultants. Jerish Joseph holds a PGDM in Business Studies from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, which has supported his strong foundation in business strategy and Human resource management.
