Previously, he was the Managing Partner at Huntsmen & Barons for over 14 years, where he specialized in senior-level talent acquisition across various industry verticals, focusing on CXO, Business Heads, and Functional Heads roles. His leadership and expertise played a crucial role in the firm’s success.
Before his tenure at Huntsmen & Barons, Chaturvedi served as a Principal Consultant at Venator Search Partners in Mumbai, excelling in senior role talent acquisition. He also held the position of Center Manager at Summit HR Worldwide in Pune, where he focused on comprehensive HR solutions.
Chaturvedi’s career began at Ma Foi Randstad in Delhi, where he spent seven years as a Team Leader, managing recruitment processes and leading teams to achieve organizational goals. Additionally, he gained valuable experience as an Executive Finance at Thyron Informatics in Delhi.
