Juhi Singh has been elevated to the position of Head of Digital Transformation and Kaya at Marico Limited. She announced the development on LinkedIn, expressing her excitement about the new role. This elevation marks a significant milestone in her tenure with Marico Limited, which began in 2019 when she joined as a Digital Evangelist and Transformation Strategist in the CEO and MD’s office.
Over the past six years, Singh has played a pivotal role in driving the digital agenda at Marico. She was previously leading as Head of Global Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) and most recently as Head of International eCommerce. In her latest role, she spearheaded a comprehensive e-commerce strategy across APAC, the Middle East, and Europe, which led to a 3X increase in online revenue and a 45% CAGR over three years. She also led transformative initiatives like Digital Quotient 2.0 and collaborated with platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok to boost campaign performance.
Before joining Marico Limited, Singh held senior roles at JioMart Digital and Myntra. At JioMart, she was the Deputy General Manager – Marketing for the Commerce Division, where she orchestrated omnichannel marketing strategies that significantly increased customer acquisition and engagement. At Myntra, she served as Deputy Marketing Director, where she led premium category growth through data-driven consumer strategies and high-profile brand collaborations.
Singh’s career began at IMRB International as an Associate Insights Manager, after which she contributed to brands like Ipsos Research, Eduwiz, and Markelytics Solutions. With her elevation, Marico Limited further strengthens its digital leadership as it continues scaling its transformation initiatives across geographies and verticals.
