Bringing nearly two decades of experience in product management, digital payments, and strategic innovation, Jyoti joins NPST from Pine Labs, where she led core platform initiatives for offline payments.
She previously held leadership roles at Fiserv, Mastercard, and National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), where she was instrumental in conceptualising region-specific solutions and developing landmark products like BBPS platforms, RuPay cards and Digital First solutions thereby helping to shape India’s evolving digital payment infrastructure. She played a vital role in strengthening solutions and strategic partnerships for the APAC region.
Her deep domain expertise in product development, market intelligence, and go-to-market strategies makes her a valuable addition to the NPST leadership team.
A certified Chief Product Officer (IIM), PMP professional, and now an author, Jyoti is known for her analytical rigour, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-centric mindset.
