Kiran Singh Appointed as Chief Compliance Officer at RING

In her role as Chief Compliance Officer, Singh will be responsible for establishing a comprehensive compliance framework and fostering a strong compliance culture within the organization. She will ensure that RING adheres to the highest standards of regulatory and statutory compliance while providing financial solutions to its clients.

With over twenty years of experience in governance and compliance within the financial sector, Singh brings extensive expertise in regulatory and statutory compliance, governance, PMLA compliance, risk management, and audit. Her experience spans NBFCs, HFCs, banks, and insurance. She is a Certified Risk and Compliance Professional (IARCP-USA) and holds an MBA from ITM-Kharghar.

Singh’s appointment is a significant move for RING as it seeks to fortify its regulatory frameworks and maintain its trajectory of growth and innovation in the competitive fintech landscape.
