Kirti Pal has joined Leverage Edu as the Senior Director – Sales, South Asia & South East Asia, bringing with him over two decades of deep industry experience across telecom, infrastructure, logistics, and education technology. Kirti stepped into this strategic leadership role in May 2025, further bolstering Leverage Edu’s mission to transform global student mobility across the region.
Leverage Edu is one of India’s fastest-growing study abroad platforms, helping students gain admission to leading universities in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, and more. Kirti’s appointment comes at a critical time, as the organization continues to expand its presence in South Asia and South East Asia, aiming to offer more personalized, tech-enabled guidance to students. His strategic direction and on-ground insights will be pivotal in driving this next phase of growth.
Before joining Leverage Edu, Kirti served as Associate Director – USA Global Sales at ApplyBoard, where he managed global student recruitment operations for the U.S. market. His earlier stints include leadership roles at RIVIGO, Indus Towers Limited, Aircel, Vodafone, and Reliance Communications—where he successfully led large teams, crafted scalable GTM strategies, and built profitable B2B and B2C operations. He has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to lead high-impact business functions and deliver measurable growth across various sectors.
Kirti is an Electronics Engineering graduate, holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis, Pune, and is an alumnus of IIM Lucknow’s Executive Leadership Programme in Strategy. He is also a Green Belt certified professional from TQMI and is formally certified in Six Sigma process excellence, achieved during his tenure at Indus Towers. His academic and professional credentials, coupled with a track record of transforming sales ecosystems, position him as a valuable asset to Leverage Edu’s leadership team.
