Previously, Pabari served as the Head of Commercials and Procurement at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, where he played a pivotal role in optimizing procurement processes and driving cost efficiencies. His expertise in negotiation, talent management, business relationship management, and strategic planning has been instrumental in shaping the procurement strategies at Aditya Birla Group.
Pabari’s career journey includes significant stints at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and Tata AIG Life Insurance, where he managed strategic sourcing and procurement operations. He also held a senior management position at Brooks Seals India Pvt Ltd, further solidifying his credentials as a seasoned procurement professional.
A graduate of the University of Mumbai with a B.Com degree, Pabari also holds a Graduate Diploma in Materials Management from the Indian Institute of Materials Management (IIMM). His academic and professional journey underscores his commitment to excellence and continuous learning in the procurement field.
