Madhu Menon Appointed as Global Head and Vice President – Talent Acquisition at Wipro

Madhu Menon has been appointed as the Global Head and Vice President – Talent Acquisition at Wipro. Bringing extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR leadership, she will be responsible for driving strategic hiring initiatives, enhancing recruitment frameworks, and integrating AI-driven solutions to optimize hiring processes.

Before joining Wipro, Madhu Menon held the position of Director and National Head of Talent Acquisition at Deloitte India, where she played a key role in workforce planning, leadership hiring, and employer branding. Her expertise in sourcing strategies, inclusion and diversity initiatives, and talent acquisition analytics significantly contributed to strengthening Deloitte’s recruitment ecosystem.

Prior to her tenure at Deloitte, she was associated with KPMG India as the Talent Acquisition Head for Risk Consulting and Leadership Hiring. In this role, she was instrumental in developing recruitment strategies for critical business units and partnering with leadership teams to drive hiring objectives. Her contributions helped streamline talent acquisition processes and align recruitment with business growth plans.

Madhu also gained valuable HR experience as the HR Manager for the GCC region at UNISAFE Fire Protection Specialist LLC, where she managed talent acquisition, learning and development, and overall HR functions across multiple locations. Her ability to build strong talent pipelines and enhance workforce engagement was pivotal in her role.

Her early career includes a long tenure at Ernst & Young (EY), where she worked as a Manager in Strategic HR for Assurance Services and Tax Business. At EY, she handled performance management, mobility, manpower planning, and various people initiatives, gaining a deep understanding of human capital strategies in professional services.

Madhu holds a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. Her academic background, combined with her hands-on experience in HR leadership across top-tier organizations, positions her well to lead Wipro’s talent acquisition strategy on a global scale.

With her appointment at Wipro, she is set to contribute her expertise in building agile and future-ready hiring frameworks, ensuring compliance, and enhancing candidate experiences. Her leadership will play a crucial role in strengthening Wipro’s global talent acquisition strategies, aligning recruitment with the company’s long-term vision and business goals.
