Manish Kumar Agrawal has joined Office Solution AI Labs as the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, bringing more than 18 years of leadership experience across strategy consulting, data analytics, digital transformation, and business innovation. Based in Houston, Texas, Manish will lead the company’s global strategy, enterprise collaborations, and the expansion of its six-product GenAI suite, which he estimates represents a USD 400 billion market opportunity.
In this role, Manish will drive the company’s strategic roadmap, accelerate global growth, and guide large-scale transformation initiatives powered by AI, data, and emerging technologies. His appointment reinforces Office Solution AI Labs’ ambition to build an innovation-driven, enterprise-grade AI organization with the capability to scale across industries and geographies.
Before joining Office Solution AI Labs, Manish built a distinguished career at several leading consulting and technology firms. At PwC, he spent seven years as a Data Analytics Leader, where he spearheaded consulting engagements, product development, and R&D programs focused on FMCG, revenue management, and digital operating models. His tenure at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Project Lead included delivering complex transformation programs for multinational clients. Earlier roles at McKinsey, Ameriprise Financial, and Agilent Technologies strengthened his foundation in business intelligence, data strategy, process excellence, and enterprise performance improvement.
Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Manish serves as the Managing Trustee of the Narayan Das Trust in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, overseeing strategic governance and development of heritage temples and properties valued at over ₹300 crores. His blend of analytical expertise, operational rigor, and purpose-driven leadership shapes a unique worldview that informs his work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and impact.
