Meydhavi G. Joins Schneider Electric as Global Human Resources Director

Meydhavi G. has been appointed as the Global Human Resources Director at Schneider Electric, bringing decades of expertise in HR leadership, transformation, and talent management across multiple industries. In this new role, she will oversee HR strategies for Schneider Electric’s Digital Buildings business, driving workforce transformation and talent initiatives to support the company’s growth and innovation. Her extensive background in mergers and acquisitions, organizational transformation, and leadership development makes her a strong addition to the company’s global HR leadership team.

Before joining Schneider Electric, Meydhavi held key leadership roles at Signify, where she led HR for B2B operations across India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Nepal. She also played a crucial role in talent management at the organization. Prior to that, she contributed to the success of Ve Commercial Vehicles Limited, a joint venture between Volvo Group and Eicher Motors, where she managed national sales HR business partnering and organization transformation. Her career journey includes impactful roles at Honeywell International India Pvt Ltd, where she drove HR leadership initiatives, and Baxter India, where she specialized in compensation and benefits for the Asia Pacific region.

With a strong foundation in human resources management, supported by an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, Meydhavi brings a strategic vision to Schneider Electric. Her focus will be on enhancing people-centric policies, leadership development, and organizational transformation to align with Schneider Electric’s digital and sustainable future. Her appointment signals the company’s commitment to strengthening its HR leadership and fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity.
