Muralidharan Ramakrishnan has joined Mynd Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as Chief Product Officer (CPO), marking a significant step in the company’s journey toward becoming a tech-led, product-centric enterprise. In his new role, Murali will spearhead Mynd’s product and technology agenda across HR, payroll, finance & accounting, compliance, and platform modernization, with a clear mandate to build scalable, globally relevant platforms that anchor services and fuel long-term growth.
A seasoned product and business leader, Murali brings deep expertise at the intersection of vision, execution, and scale. Over the course of his career, he has built and commercialized multiple Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms, delivering measurable impact across geographies and customer segments. Notably, he has been part of three career-defining IPO journeys, gaining firsthand experience in governance, public-market readiness, and aligning technology execution with enterprise-scale expectations.
Prior to joining Mynd, Murali served as Chief Product Officer & Managing Director (India) at PayGroup by Deel, where he led global product strategy and execution across complex, multi-market HR and payroll platforms. He is also the founder and CEO of TalentOz, where he successfully bootstrapped the TalentoZ HR Cloud platform from inception to scale, culminating in its integration into PayGroup and subsequently Deel Inc.—one of the world’s leading HRTech companies valued at over USD 18 billion.
At Mynd, Murali leads a 160+ member global Product and Engineering organization, focused on reliability, performance, and execution excellence. His remit includes defining long-term product vision, embedding disciplined innovation, leveraging emerging technologies such as AI and automation, and building repeatable product development frameworks that ensure speed, quality, and agility. His leadership is expected to play a pivotal role in Mynd’s international expansion and platform-led growth strategy.
An active contributor to the global HR and technology community, Murali is a frequent speaker at international HRTech forums, sharing insights on product leadership and scaling complex platforms. Outside work, he is an accomplished endurance cyclist and multiple-time Super Randonneur—an ethos that mirrors his professional philosophy of endurance over hype, preparation over luck, and execution over intent.
