In his new role at Network18, Nalin will lead the integration of artificial intelligence into editorial workflows across the company’s diverse brands. He will focus on developing AI-powered editorial tools, spearheading journalist training programs, and ensuring the seamless adoption of AI technologies while maintaining the core values of journalistic integrity and accuracy. One of the key elements of his mandate will be to expand the use of ‘Answers,’ Network18’s proprietary AI tool, to streamline editorial processes without compromising quality.
Nalin’s most recent role was as Managing Editor at Moneycontrol, where he redefined business journalism through innovative strategies and engaging content. Prior to this, he served as Group Consulting Editor at Network18, where he played an instrumental role in shaping editorial strategies. His professional journey also includes positions at The Times of India, where he led editorial functions for its digital platforms, and at UPES, where he served as Dean and Professor of the School of Modern Media.
