Nidhi Kaistha has been appointed as the new Head of Lamborghini India, bringing with her over two decades of leadership across the hospitality, aviation, and automotive sectors. In her new role, effective April 1, 2025, she will spearhead the brand’s strategic initiatives across sales, marketing, and after-sales operations in India—a country that stands as the sixth-largest market for Automobili Lamborghini in the Asia Pacific region.
Before stepping into this pivotal position, Nidhi made a mark at Porsche India, where she served as the Regional Sales & Pre-Owned Cars Manager. Her tenure there was defined by impressive growth in both new and used car segments, backed by a strong focus on customer engagement and retention. Before that, she spent over 15 years at BMW India in a series of senior roles, including Head of Corporate, Direct and Special Sales and Lead of Business Strategy for high-performance cars under the BMW M and Z series. At BMW, she consistently demonstrated her ability to drive strategic business outcomes while leading large cross-functional teams.
Nidhi’s professional journey also includes significant contributions to the hospitality industry. She held managerial roles at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where she successfully implemented sales strategies and built long-term client relationships. Her strong grounding in customer service and luxury sales has uniquely positioned her to lead brands that operate at the intersection of performance and prestige.
In her new role, Nidhi will focus on elevating Lamborghini’s brand presence in India through its current dealerships in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru. Her appointment aligns with Automobili Lamborghini’s vision to deepen its footprint in a high-growth market, where the demand for luxury and performance vehicles continues to surge.
