Based out of Mumbai, Pankaj brings a wealth of experience in global BFSI sales, business development, pre-sales, and strategic solutions, reinforcing WNS’s commitment to delivering innovative services and driving growth in the industry.
Before joining WNS, Pankaj built an impressive track record during his 11-year tenure at Tata Consultancy Services, where he led global BFSI sales, pre-sales, and solution strategies. His expertise in establishing banking Centers of Excellence and managing greenfield opportunities across medium to large organizations has been instrumental in shaping scalable business models and client-centric solutions. His strategic acumen and client relationship management skills have consistently contributed to business stability and margin improvements.
In addition to his leadership roles at Tata Consultancy Services, Pankaj has held key positions at Serco, IBM, and Infosys BPM, specializing in pre-sales, collections, revenue management, and solution design. He is known for his ability to lead complex bid lifecycles, optimize contract negotiations, and implement efficient transition and licensing frameworks. This diverse industry exposure has equipped him with a deep understanding of both the technical and commercial aspects of the BFSI domain.
An alumnus of Delhi University with a B.Sc. in Mathematics and an MBA in Sales and Marketing from AIIMA, Pankaj also has a background in national-level cricket, showcasing his commitment to teamwork and excellence both on and off the field.
