Parikshit Mohta has joined ColorTokens Inc. as the Vice President & Country Head for India & SAARC, marking a significant leadership addition to the company’s regional growth strategy. In his new role, Parikshit will be responsible for accelerating overall GTM execution, strengthening P&L performance, and driving business expansion across India and the broader SAARC region. A seasoned technology leader with over 21 years of senior sales leadership experience, Parikshit brings an exceptional track record across Cloud, Security, Data, and SaaS businesses. Prior to joining ColorTokens, he served as Director – Enterprise at MongoDB, where he built and scaled the Enterprise vertical for NARR, driving expansion across high-value logos and leading a cross-functional scale motion through strong partnerships with CSPs, GSIs, ISVs, and professional services teams.
Before MongoDB, Parikshit held the role of Senior Director – Data & Cloud for Asia Pacific & Japan at Oracle, where he scaled the Cloud, Data & CRM business from inception to over $56M, managing teams across India, ASEAN, Japan, China, and ANZ. Under his leadership, the business achieved industry-leading CSAT and employee satisfaction scores while delivering consistent multi-country growth. His earlier tenure at Cisco Systems as Cloud, Software & Security Sales Head for India & SAARC further highlights his deep expertise in scaling large enterprise cloud and security portfolios with multi-billion-dollar TAMs.
Parikshit’s foundation was built through impactful roles at Microsoft, IBM, and HCL Technologies, where he consistently delivered high-impact revenue outcomes, developed high-performing teams, and expanded partner ecosystems across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments. His customer-centric leadership philosophy and commitment to building strong CXO-level relationships have made him a trusted advisor across BFSI, ITES, GCCs, Public Sector, Digital Native, and large enterprise groups.
