In his current role, Pragun is focused on driving digital transformation for enterprise clients through Oracle’s suite of Customer Experience (CX) applications. With previous experience at Salesforce as Enterprise Account Director, he led digital experience solution sales, handling key accounts across North and East India, covering Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Loyalty platforms.
Pragun’s career includes multiple stints at Oracle, Netcore Solutions, and Tata Interactive Systems, where he contributed significantly to SaaS-based growth strategies, GTM planning, ROI-driven CX adoption, and team leadership. His skill set spans business development, CX strategy design, SaaS monetization, and ecosystem building.
