Pragya Singh has been appointed as the Director People Partner at McDonald’s, bringing with her nearly two decades of accomplished experience in human resources and organizational strategy. Based in Hyderabad, she will play a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy, reinforcing its culture, and driving capability development and employee engagement across its expanding operations. Her new role marks an exciting chapter in her ongoing journey of leading impactful HR transformations.
Over the decades, Pragya has built an exceptional track record of success across some of the most recognized global organizations including PepsiCo, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and KPMG. At PepsiCo, she served for nearly five years, most recently as Associate Director, where she led coaching, capability development, and other strategic HR initiatives. She also held the role of Deputy Director, driving diversity, equity and inclusion, succession planning, and organizational design efforts. Her contributions significantly shaped internal culture and leadership effectiveness.
Prior to that, Pragya worked with Wells Fargo for over three years as an HR Business Partner, where she was instrumental in implementing large-scale change management initiatives and succession planning strategies. Her tenure at Bank of America and KPMG further strengthened her expertise in HR business partnering, enabling her to manage large and diverse workforces while delivering measurable impact on talent retention and organizational health.
