Prosenjit Das, a seasoned leader at Parkar, has been promoted to Vice President and Head of Global Capability Center (GCC) Strategy and Operations. This advancement reflects his substantial contributions and extensive expertise in furthering the company’s strategic vision for next-generation, AI-driven GCC hubs.
Having spent over eight years at Parkar, Prosenjit has been pivotal in developing and executing the enterprise-wide GCC strategy. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving the growth and optimization of Parkar’s GCC operations across multiple global locations, transforming these centers into engines of innovation powered by AI and global talent.
His expanded responsibilities include designing scalable governance frameworks, aligning talent strategies with business objectives, ensuring compliance and operational readiness, and fostering collaboration across delivery hubs. A key part of his mandate is to leverage AI-driven HR analytics to enhance talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning.

Prior to this elevation, Prosenjit served as Senior Director of Global Human Resources and Strategy at Parkar, where he successfully led the buildout and scaling of multiple GCC clients while driving comprehensive talent management and leadership development initiatives.
His earlier career features impactful leadership roles at global organizations like Expedia and Sears India. At Expedia, he played a crucial role in developing the talent acquisition strategy for the company’s innovation IT center in India. At Sears India, he established the recruitment function from the ground up, hiring over 1,000 professionals and delivering significant operational efficiencies.
With his extensive domain expertise and proven leadership, Prosenjit Das is well-positioned to lead Parkar’s GCC strategy into its next phase of innovation and growth, driving measurable business value through AI-powered transformation.
