Rachit Chandra has recently assumed the role of Director and Head of Talent Acquisition for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region at Cloudera. With more than 15 years of experience in talent acquisition across a diverse range of industries, including technology products, services, banking, financial services, engineering, and professional services, Rachit brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this leadership position.

At Cloudera, Rachit oversees the Talent Acquisition function across key regions, including India, China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, and Australia. His role encompasses managing the recruitment for a wide range of functions, from engineering and product to sales, support, professional services, and general administrative roles.
