Rahul Iyer has been appointed as the Head of Compensation & Benefits – Non Pharma at Abbott. Based in Mumbai, Rahul brings over seven years of experience at Abbott and a strong foundation in compensation strategy, total rewards, and HR business partnering.
In his new role, Rahul will spearhead the total rewards agenda for Abbott’s non-pharma businesses in India, focusing on building competitive compensation frameworks, streamlining benefits programs, and ensuring governance across C&B processes. Prior to this elevation, he served as Senior Manager – Compensation & Benefits, where he was instrumental in managing pay structures, job evaluations, global mobility, and year-end merit planning.
Rahul’s journey in HR spans across multiple critical roles, including business HR and analytics-driven policy development. His well-rounded expertise and strategic HR insight are expected to play a pivotal role in enhancing Abbott’s employer value proposition and aligning rewards with business outcomes.
