Rajiv Kundu has been appointed as the Chief Business Officer (CBO) at Quadra Medical Services Private Limited, bringing with him over two decades of expertise in diagnostics, mergers & acquisitions, and business operations. His appointment marks a significant strategic move for the company as it aims to strengthen its foothold in the pathology, imaging, and pharmacy segments.
Rajiv joins Quadra Medical Services from Agilus Diagnostics, where he most recently served as Business Head, leading operations across South India. During his 16-month tenure, he spearheaded strategic partnerships, optimized business performance to improve EBITDA, and drove the expansion of the company’s regional footprint through innovative growth initiatives. Prior to that, he spent nearly nine years with Apollo Diagnostics in multiple senior leadership roles, he served as Head of Business Development and later drove mergers and acquisitions, retail growth, and operational strategy.
His professional journey also includes impactful roles at Dr Lal PathLabs, Super Religare Laboratories, Cryoviva Biotech, and Tata AIA Life Insurance, where he consistently delivered results across business development, channel management, and sales leadership. Rajiv is known for his deep understanding of B2C healthcare dynamics, strategic thinking, and P&L management.
Rajiv is an alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB) with a specialisation in Finance and Marketing, and holds an executive education credential from INSEAD, further sharpening his global strategic perspective. With a strong academic foundation and a proven track record in diagnostics leadership, his appointment at Quadra is expected to accelerate the company’s growth trajectory and further enhance its operational excellence.
