Ramandeep Singh has been appointed as Director, Enterprise Strategy at Mastercard, marking a significant leadership addition to the company’s global strategy function. Based in Purchase, New York, Ramandeep will play a key role in shaping enterprise-wide strategic priorities, driving growth initiatives, and supporting Mastercard’s long-term transformation agenda across markets and business lines.
Ramandeep brings over seven years of global experience across five countries, with deep exposure to banking, payments, retail, SaaS, cloud, data centers, and AI-driven businesses. Prior to joining Mastercard, he spent more than four years at McKinsey & Company in the United States, where he served Fortune 500 clients on high-impact engagements spanning go-to-market transformations, growth strategy, operating model design, and large-scale program execution. During his tenure, he was consistently rated a top performer and led multiple complex projects in close collaboration with senior leadership teams.
Before his consulting career, Ramandeep built a strong foundation across entrepreneurship, product management, and startup strategy. He founded and scaled a B2B grocery-tech startup, OrderSquare, raising angel funding and leading product and engineering teams. He has also held strategy and product roles at Delhivery, contributing to the company’s rapid scale-up, and worked with early-stage and growth-stage startups as a consultant, giving him a rare operator-plus-advisor perspective.
An alumnus of IIT Bombay and IIM Calcutta, where he earned his MBA with Summa Cum Laude honors, Ramandeep is known for combining analytical rigor with execution-oriented leadership. In his new role at Mastercard, he is expected to leverage this blend of consulting depth, startup experience, and global exposure to drive enterprise strategy and unlock new growth opportunities for the organization.
