Rana Pratap Singh has been appointed as the Director at Mindsprint – Head North India, a pivotal appointment aimed at accelerating the company’s business footprint across the region. With an illustrious career spanning over two decades in sales leadership, business development, and strategic growth, Rana brings a rare blend of technical acumen and business foresight to his new role.
Prior to this, Rana was the Vice President & Global Head of Sales and Business Development at coServe Software Solutions, where he was instrumental in expanding the company’s global reach through cutting-edge digital solutions in Salesforce, Infor ERP, and full-stack development. His ability to align business objectives with emerging technologies earned him recognition as a transformational leader capable of driving sustainable growth.
Rana’s earlier tenure at Tech Mahindra saw him leading key verticals across Retail, CPG, EduTech, and Public Sector markets. From his base in South Africa to strategic engagements across India, he spearheaded market entry strategies, managed global customer accounts, and played a crucial role on the company’s Shadow Board. His depth in stakeholder management, go-to-market strategies, and sales execution has made him a go-to leader for complex, high-stakes business environments.
Academically, Rana combines engineering roots from Visvesvaraya Technological University with global strategic exposure from top business schools including ISB and INSEAD. His recent pursuits in venture capital and global business leadership further reinforce his strategic mindset and readiness for high-impact roles.
