Ranvir Salaria has been appointed as the HR COE Leader at Tata Motors Digital.AI Labs and Tata Motors Global Services Ltd, effective July 2025. Based in Pune, he will lead strategic HR initiatives to strengthen organizational capabilities and support the company’s digital transformation agenda.
With over six years at Tata Motors, Ranvir has held key roles including HR Leader and Talent Acquisition Head for Electric Vehicles, R&D, and campus hiring. His deep expertise in talent strategy and workforce planning makes him well-suited to drive innovation-led HR practices across the digital and global services functions.
Before joining Tata Motors, Ranvir held senior talent acquisition positions at PwC India, Deloitte, Birlasoft, and Fujitsu, bringing a rich blend of consulting and corporate HR experience. His appointment marks a continued commitment by Tata Motors to enhance talent-driven growth and future-ready workforce solutions.
