Rishi Jha has joined Darwinbox as Vice President – Customer Success, bringing with him over two decades of extensive experience in HR transformation, shared services, and customer engagement across global markets. At Darwinbox, Rishi will lead the global Customer Success and Key Account Management (KAM) functions, with a focus on driving enterprise client retention, product adoption, user engagement, and revenue growth. His appointment comes at a pivotal time as the company accelerates its global expansion across India, Southeast Asia, MENA, and North America.
Throughout his career, Rishi has built a robust portfolio across leading organizations, including Deloitte, Alight Solutions, Aon Hewitt, and Excelity Global. Most recently, he served at Deloitte Consulting SEA, where he led HR transformation initiatives focusing on Shared Services and HR Technology. Prior to that, he was Head of ASEAN and India at Alight Solutions, delivering tailored HR strategies for diverse enterprise clients. His work at Aon Hewitt contributed significantly to scaling multi-country payroll operations across the Asia-Pacific region.
Rishi’s expertise is grounded in hands-on leadership across both strategic and operational functions. At Excelity Global, formerly Aon Hewitt’s APAC payroll business, he served as Vice President – HR BPO for India and China, overseeing cross-border HR service delivery. His early professional years were shaped through impactful tenures at SHL India, Jobstreet.com, and Blow Plast, where he strengthened his capabilities in customer experience, solution sales, and business development.
With a strong command over HR Shared Services, HR Outsourcing, Cloud Solutions, and Advisory on HR Transformation, Rishi brings a global perspective to enterprise success.
