Rohit Saini has taken on the role of Director – Commerce & Distributors, India at Hollister Commercial India Pvt. Ltd., a significant milestone in his distinguished career spanning over 24 years across the FMCG and healthcare sectors. In his new position, Rohit will lead Hollister’s commercial and distribution strategy in India with full P&L responsibility, driving business transformation, sustainable growth, and enhanced market access across key categories including ostomy care, continence care, and wound care.
In this capacity, Rohit will work closely with Hollister’s global leadership team to strengthen channel excellence and develop scalable distribution models that align with the company’s mission of empowering access, integrity, and dignity through its products and solutions. His leadership will be instrumental in expanding Hollister’s footprint in India and ensuring that patients, partners, and the healthcare ecosystem benefit from the company’s innovative and compassionate approach.
Rohit brings with him a proven track record of success from leadership roles at some of the world’s most respected organizations, including Beurer, Omron Healthcare, The Coca-Cola Company, Barry Callebaut, Ferrero, PepsiCo, and Nestlé. Most recently, he served as Country General Manager – India & South Asia at Beurer, where he led business expansion, strategic planning, and digital transformation initiatives that significantly enhanced regional performance.
An alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, Rohit is passionate about leadership development and building high-performing teams.
