Prior to joining Alhind, Roshan served as the CEO of MediaOne TV, where he led a major digital transformation that resulted in doubling the company’s revenue in just five years. His visionary leadership and strategic acumen helped position the channel as a top-tier media player, while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence across its platforms.
Roshan’s career foundation was built in aviation, with impactful tenures at Emirates Airline and Air India. As a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), he played critical roles in aligning business processes with organizational goals, managing key projects, and enhancing customer experience.
