Sanjeev Kumar has been appointed as the Division Head – Ortho Business at Integrace Health. With over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, Sanjeev brings a proven track record in strategic marketing, leadership development, and driving business growth. In his current role, he is leading the orthopaedic division with a focus on market expansion, coaching teams, and implementing impactful marketing strategies.
Prior to this, Sanjeev served as General Manager – Sales & Marketing at Ipca Laboratories, where he was instrumental in change management and KOL development, while also driving business transformation initiatives. He also previously held the position of National Sales Manager – Ortho at Integrace Health, where he laid the foundation for the company’s growth in the orthopaedics segment through strong leadership and strategic planning.
Sanjeev has also worked with reputed organizations like Alembic Pharmaceuticals and Allergan, where he held various leadership roles including National Sales Manager, Zonal Sales Manager (Eye Care & Retina), and Regional Sales Manager. During his 12-year stint at Allergan, he led multiple high-performing teams across India and managed business operations in diverse geographies such as Gujarat, Lucknow, Kolkata, and Patna.
He began his career in sales roles at Biotech Healthcare and Intas Pharmaceuticals, gaining grassroots experience in territory and area management. His early exposure to different markets and customer segments has played a key role in shaping his leadership style, which emphasizes emotional intelligence, coaching, and strategic thinking.
An alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, Sanjeev completed an executive program in Strategic Marketing in the Digital Era in 2022. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from J.P. University.He is a Life Member of ISTD and a Certified Independent Director from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Known for his people-first approach and ability to turn strategy into execution, Sanjeev continues to build strong, customer-centric teams that deliver measurable outcomes in the healthcare domain.
