Santosh Khandoba has taken over as Director – HR Service Delivery at HARMAN International, a global leader in connected technologies. With a distinguished career spanning more than two decades across major global markets—including India, APAC, EMEA, and LATAM—Santosh brings deep expertise in driving HR transformation and elevating operational excellence on a global scale.
Before joining HARMAN, Santosh served as Director – HR Service Delivery APAC at Kantar, where he led high-impact people strategies across 15 countries. He was instrumental in scaling delivery teams, aligning regional operations with global HR frameworks, and implementing systems such as Workday and ServiceNow. His leadership helped transform Kantar’s employee experience and streamline HR processes across APAC, earning him recognition as a trusted partner.
Throughout his career, Santosh has held leadership roles at prominent organizations including IBM, Accenture, Genysis, and IMI CCI. At each stop, he’s been at the forefront of business-critical initiatives—from automation and shared services optimization to digital HR innovation and compliance. His blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution has enabled seamless global HR operations and fostered high-performing teams.
