Sapna Maheshwari has been elevated at Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers Limited (ARIBL) as Director – PSU & Banking Business, further strengthening the company’s senior leadership team. With extensive experience in insurance broking, corporate strategy, and client servicing across sectors, Sapna brings proven expertise in managing large-scale business development and key strategic accounts, particularly in the PSU and banking segments.
Prior to this role, she served as Associate Director and earlier as Head – PSU & Banking Business at ARIBL, where she played a pivotal role in expanding market reach and enhancing relationships with clients in both financial sector as well as PSUs. Her rise within the organization reflects her deep industry insight, results-oriented leadership, and dedication to customer centric & operational excellence.
Over the course of her career, Sapna has held significant positions at Birla Insurance Advisory & Broking Services Ltd. (Aditya Birla Group), Shree Shubham Logistics Limited, and ARIBL. At Birla Insurance Advisory, she led the Mumbai branch, driving sales, client retention, negotiations, and corporate communications for Non Group Businesses. At Shree Shubham Logistics, she spearheaded in-house consulting and business development as Head Strategy & Business Development, closely collaborating with top leadership on long-term business planning and expansion.
An alumna of N.L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research, Sapna holds a PGDBM in Marketing along with a postgraduate diploma in Import-Export Management. Her broad experience, academic grounding, and track record in scaling client strategy and business impact make her a key contributor to ARIBL’s continued success in the PSU and banking verticals.
