Saurabh Taneja has been appointed as Associate Director at Native, a global insight and research consultancy, and joins as part of the founding team for the Middle East region. Based in Dubai, Saurabh brings with him a wealth of experience across sales, marketing, and strategic leadership, having previously held key roles at top-tier organizations including Michael Page, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, and Britannia Industries.
In his new role at Native, Saurabh will play a pivotal part in building the firm’s presence and operations across the Middle East. Leveraging his deep expertise in B2B industries and commercial strategy, he is expected to drive client partnerships, shape innovative go-to-market approaches, and establish Native’s footprint in a dynamic and evolving market. His addition marks a strategic milestone for Native’s global expansion and its commitment to delivering human-centric insights in new geographies.
Prior to joining Native, Saurabh spent nearly six years at Michael Page, where he served in various leadership capacities including Business Manager and Managing Consultant for B2B Sales & Marketing across the UAE and India. His early career was shaped by impactful stints at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, where he led industrial sales of MAK Lubricants, and as a summer intern with Britannia Industries, where he successfully conceptualized and scaled a rural distribution model.
Saurabh is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and also pursued an international academic stint at SKEMA Business School, France, focusing on international marketing and luxury markets. Known for his entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute at scale, Saurabh’s appointment reflects Native’s vision to blend global thinking with local expertise as it embarks on its Middle East journey.
