With over 20 years of experience in IT services, digital transformation, and enterprise growth, Shailendra brings a strong strategic and execution-oriented mindset to the role.
Before joining Xevyte, he served as Chief Operating Officer at FirstMeridian Global Services, where he led business expansion across sectors including BFSI, GCCs, Healthcare, Automotive, and Aerospace. He has also held key leadership positions at Apexon, upGrad Rekrut, and NSEIT, consistently driving large-scale transformations, scaling portfolios, and building high-performing teams.
Shailendra’s expertise lies in aligning business strategy with technology-driven outcomes. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with CXOs and GCC leaders to optimize workforce models, enhance operational efficiency, and accelerate growth.
