Shashank Shukla has been named Vice President – Professional Services at Darwinbox. A seasoned expert in HCM and ERP consulting, Shashank brings over two decades of experience leading cloud transformation programs and advising clients across Southeast Asia. Known for his deep technical insight and strategic approach, he has consistently driven successful outcomes across complex enterprise landscapes.
Before joining Darwinbox, Shashank had a distinguished career at Oracle, where he held several leadership roles including Senior Director – HCM and ERP Consulting, ASEAN. His work involved overseeing large-scale migrations to Oracle Cloud, steering consulting delivery teams, and driving business growth across the region. He also contributed as Practice Director and HCM SaaS Delivery Lead, shaping the HCM consulting vision in APAC.
Shashank’s early professional journey includes impactful stints at IBM Business Consulting Services, iGate, and Mahindra British Telecom (now Tech Mahindra). Across these roles, he developed a strong foundation in enterprise systems, client success, and digital innovation. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, he combines technical acumen with business foresight.
