In his previous role as Associate Director – FP&A & Strategic Initiatives, Sujit played a key role in driving major initiatives around enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics. He partnered in building integrated financial models, driving cost optimization, and automating FP&A processes through tools like Workday Adaptive Insights and Power BI played a central role in shaping Fareportal’s data-driven decision-making culture. Sujit also acted as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership helping steer critical business initiatives through financial insight and strategic alignment.
With over 19 years of industry experience, Sujit brings a deep understanding of travel-tech finance, having previously worked with MakeMyTrip, HotelTravel.com (Subsidiary company of MakeMyTrip Group based out of Thailand). His background spans the full spectrum of financial operations—from overseeing global contact centre performance to implementing ERP systems, managing P&L reporting, and handling multi-country audits and compliance frameworks.
In this elevated role, Sujit will continue partnering on global FP&A strategy and operations, while taking on broader responsibilities in shaping Fareportal’s long-range financial planning and investment frameworks.
