Tarun Kumar Padhi Joins Avener Green as Vice President & Head – EPC

Tarun Kumar Padhi has stepped into a key leadership role as Vice President & Head – EPC at Avener Green Private Limited, bringing with him over two decades of extensive experience in project execution, engineering, and renewable energy infrastructure. In his new role, Tarun will lead the EPC division, overseeing the planning and execution of solar energy projects, and driving operational excellence across the value chain.

Before joining Avener Green, Tarun served as Head – Projects (AVP) at Gensol Engineering Limited, where he led the successful delivery of multiple utility-scale solar projects. With a strong foundation in stakeholder engagement and ESG integration, his leadership has been instrumental in managing large-scale, high-impact energy projects across India and international markets.

Tarun’s professional journey also includes impactful roles at Sterling & Wilson Renewable Energy as Head – O&M for the Middle East, Africa, and India, and earlier leadership positions at First Solar, Astonfield Renewables, and TPSC (India). He brings deep expertise in project commissioning, vendor management, and compliance, and is a certified Project Management professional from IIT Delhi.

His appointment as Vice President marks a strategic move by Avener Green to strengthen its EPC capabilities. With his technical acumen and proven track record in renewable energy delivery, Tarun is set to play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission toward sustainable and scalable clean energy solutions.
