Natarajan’s career spans over 30 years across globally recognized organizations including Vanguard, QVC, HSN, Lowe’s Home Improvement, and Walmart. His prior roles at Vanguard include leading the Personal Investor Digital Channels Engineering and Personal Investor Capabilities and Platforms Engineering teams. Throughout his career, he has consistently driven results by developing high-performing teams, leading complex transformations, and delivering innovative digital experiences using platforms like Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Microsoft Dynamics.

Before joining Vanguard, Natarajan served as Vice President of Experience Technologies at QVC and HSN under Qurate Retail Group, where he spearheaded marketing, media, and commerce strategies across web, mobile, social, and connected TV platforms. At Lowe’s and Walmart, he played instrumental roles in eCommerce and enterprise mobility, managing multimillion-dollar initiatives and cross-cultural teams across the U.S., Canada, and India.
