Vinod MN has been elevated to the position of Chief Business Officer (CBO) at Ceyone Marketing Pvt. Ltd., effective April 2025. Since joining Ceyone in 2018 as a Senior Sales Manager, Vinod has rapidly ascended through key leadership roles, including Deputy General Manager of Sales, AVP, and VP – Project Curation. His progression has been fueled by an exceptional combination of hands-on execution, project curation expertise, and strategic business development capabilities. Over the past seven years, Vinod has helped transform Ceyone into a national player, contributing to the acquisition and successful marketing of projects valued at over ₹4,000 crore and facilitating the sale of nearly 1,000 homes across major cities.
One of his most significant contributions has been the conception and scaling of the Project Curation vertical—a business innovation that not only differentiated Ceyone in the competitive real estate landscape but also ensured healthier inventory cycles, improved developer relations, and cross-city launch success. This initiative has been pivotal in aligning the company’s operations with data-backed decision-making and a sharper focus on developer mandates.
In his new role as CBO, Vinod will lead the national mandate strategy, deepen developer alliances, expand market presence into new geographies, and continue to enhance the firm’s curated inventory approach. With over 14 years of experience across renowned organizations like Puravankara Limited, Century Real Estate, and Four Clover Realty, Vinod brings both legacy insight and new-age agility to the role. His ability to guide homebuyers, build and mentor high-performance sales teams, and champion scalable systems makes him a cornerstone of Ceyone’s next phase of growth.
