Vivasvan Shastri has been appointed as the Vice President of Engineering at GE HealthCare, bringing over two decades of leadership experience in global engineering, product management, and customer support services. With an extensive background spanning SentinelOne, Cisco, NetApp, and Yahoo!, Shastri has been instrumental in building high-performing teams and developing innovative platforms in SaaS, AI, ML, and cloud technologies.
Before joining GE HealthCare, Shastri served as the Vice President of Engineering and India Site Lead at SentinelOne, where he played a key role in scaling the company’s technology operations. Prior to that, he spent over a decade at Cisco in various leadership positions, including Senior Director of Engineering and Director of Engineering for CX Cloud. His tenure also includes roles at NetApp, where he contributed to Ontap’s manageability strategy, and Yahoo!, where he worked on trust and safety in advertising platforms.
An AWS Certified Solutions Architect, a Design Thinking Practitioner, and a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Shastri is known for his commitment to fostering a collaborative engineering culture.
