Yogesh Sharma has been appointed as Sales Head – Business LAP (Rajasthan) at Godrej Capital, marking a significant milestone in his professional journey in the financial services sector. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading sales operations, strengthening relationship banking initiatives, and managing key business strategies related to Loan Against Property (LAP) services across Rajasthan. His expertise in sales and marketing, combined with his experience in handling diverse operational functions, is expected to support the company’s regional expansion and customer engagement efforts.
Prior to joining Godrej Capital, Yogesh served as Assistant Vice President – Affordable Home Loan at RBL Bank, where he played a crucial role in driving home loan portfolios and expanding the institution’s customer base. His experience in managing high-performing sales teams and building strategic client relationships enabled him to contribute significantly to the bank’s affordable housing finance segment.
Before his tenure at RBL Bank, Yogesh worked with SMFG Grihashakti as Area Sales Manager (ASM), where he was involved in overseeing sales performance, portfolio growth, and market development strategies. He also held the position of Portfolio Business Manager – Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) at AU Small Finance Bank, gaining valuable experience in retail banking operations and customer acquisition. Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Sales Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he contributed to strengthening sales processes and operational efficiency.
With significant experience in sales leadership, relationship management, and financial product distribution, Yogesh brings a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer-centric strategies.
