Pooja Malik has been elevated to the position of President – Leasing & Business Development at Horizon Industrial Parks (A Blackstone Group Company), marking an important milestone in her distinguished career spanning over two decades in retail, real estate, and industrial parks. In this new leadership role, she will continue to spearhead leasing strategies, driving growth and strengthening Horizon Industrial Parks’ position as a market leader.
Pooja has been associated with Horizon Industrial Parks since December 2021, serving as the National Head of Leasing for nearly four years. During this tenure, she played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint across India, fostering strong client relationships, and creating sustainable value in the industrial and logistics real estate sector. Her proven expertise and leadership have contributed significantly to the company’s consistent success.
Prior to joining Horizon Industrial Parks, Pooja held senior leadership roles across globally recognized organizations. She served as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Leasing at IndoSpace, where she was instrumental in driving leasing operations across India. She also worked with Decathlon Sports India as Director of Expansion and Head of Corporate Expansion – India, where she led large-scale retail growth strategies.
Her professional journey includes impactful stints with Walmart India as Vice President – Business Development, Carrefour as Development Director, Parsvnath Developers Limited as AGM – Retail, and Wave Infratech as Senior Manager – Marketing. With this diverse portfolio across retail expansion, real estate, and industrial leasing, Pooja has established herself as a highly respected leader in the sector.
