Raghu Nookanaboina has been elevated to Vice President – F&A (Accounts Payable) Advisory Leader at Genpact, marking a strategic step toward AI-native finance transformation. In his elevated role, he will lead global advisory initiatives and drive innovation across Accounts Payable (AP) operations, reinforcing Genpact’s focus on building intelligent and autonomous finance ecosystems for enterprises worldwide. With over two decades of experience across global AP landscapes, Raghu has been instrumental in redefining how organizations design, digitize, and operationalize finance processes. Recognized as a pioneer in Agentic AP design, Raghu has contributed to shaping intelligent finance frameworks such as Cora AP Flow, Agentic AP, and next generation autonomous AP models.
His work integrates advanced automation, predictive intelligence, and exception-driven orchestration to enable touchless, insight-led finance operations. His technical and product design expertise spans major enterprise platforms including SAP, Oracle, Workday, Concur, and Celonis, alongside AI-driven automation ecosystems and RPA architectures, positioning him at the convergence of finance, technology, and artificial intelligence. In his new mandate, Raghu will lead the global Accounts Payable Advisory charter, defining strategy, governance, and value realization frameworks while driving the transition from traditional processing models to Agentic and Autonomous AP ecosystems.
He will architect blueprint-first transformation programs aligned with CFO priorities such as cash optimization, compliance resilience, and cost efficiency, while embedding predictive analytics, intelligent auto-posting, and exception orchestration into core AP design. Additionally, he will establish global AP maturity diagnostics and advisory benchmarks, bridge advisory with product engineering and ERP architecture, and mentor next-generation AP advisory capabilities within the organization. Prior to this elevation, Raghu held key roles within Genpact as a Global Practice Auditor and Subject Matter Expert, where he strengthened Process controls rigor, solution architecture depth, and transformation assurance across global Accounts Payable engagements. Raghu also has the experience at leading global organizations, including Wipro, and HP.
These experiences strengthened his expertise in enterprise finance operations, process optimization, and digital transformation strategies, shaping his approach to delivering scalable and AI-enabled finance solutions.
