Shilpa Reddy has joined Syneos Health India Private Limited as Executive Director, Global People Operations, bringing over 18 years of experience as a regional, APAC, and global HR leader. In her new role, Shilpa will oversee global people operations and drive strategic HR initiatives across regions, focusing on transformation, talent management, culture development, and leadership growth. She is known for aligning people strategies with business goals, fostering high-performing teams, and leading change with empathy and precision.
Prior to joining Syneos Health, Shilpa served as India Head HR at WaferWire Cloud Technologies, where she focused on building holistic people strategies aligned to WaferWire’s business and growth objectives. She led end-to-end talent management and development, drove HR automation and AI-based process transformation, and spearheaded culture and employee experience initiatives that strengthened organizational capability and engagement. Her leadership at WaferWire was instrumental in shaping a progressive, agile, and people-first workplace.
Shilpa’s career includes impactful leadership roles at Newfold Digital as Senior Director – Human Resources, Softenger India Pvt Ltd. as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources, and earlier tenures with Cuelogic Technologies | An LTI Company, Capgemini, and Vritti Solutions. She has handled multiple mergers and acquisitions, led large-scale transformation programs, and built global capability centers (GCCs) to support organizational scalability. Her expertise spans talent development, change management, succession planning, HR automation, and people analytics, consistently driving measurable business outcomes.
