In his new role, Varun Gupta will lead enterprise-level client engagement and delivery operations across commercial, MSP, direct, and public sector portfolios. His mandate includes driving disciplined execution, strengthening strategic partnerships, enhancing margin performance, and scaling multi-location delivery teams across key markets. The position also emphasizes aligning commercial strategy with operational excellence, ensuring strong client relationships, governance rigor, audit readiness, and sustainable growth across both IT and healthcare verticals.
As the staffing and workforce solutions landscape evolves rapidly with advancements in AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making, Varun Gupta will focus on building resilient and performance-oriented delivery frameworks. Prior to this promotion, Varun Gupta served as Director Operations (Staffing & Consulting) at InfiCare Technologies, where he played a key role in managing large-scale staffing operations and driving business growth initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held roles as Senior Consultant at Porteck Corporation, Customer Service Representative at Hartron Communications, and Customer Service Representative at Interactive Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., gaining extensive experience in client services, consulting, and operational delivery.
