At Indusion Consulting, Yogesh will play a central role in expanding the firm’s executive search and leadership hiring capabilities. He will work closely with boards and senior management teams to identify, assess, and build leadership talent that can drive business scale, organisational transformation, and long-term performance across industries.
With over three decades of HR leadership experience, Yogesh has led people and organisation initiatives across Banking, Capital Markets, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Insurance, Consulting, and Agrochemicals. This extensive cross-sector exposure gives him a unique perspective on leadership, governance, and organisational effectiveness, positioning him as a strategic advisor to senior leadership teams.
Prior to joining Indusion Consulting, Yogesh held senior leadership roles at Mizuho Bank, Deutsche Bank, Kotak Mahindra Group, Ernst & Young (E&Y), Zurich Insurance, and Rallis India. Across these organisations, he played a pivotal role in shaping talent strategies, driving organisational design, and building leadership development frameworks aligned with business objectives.
