Azentio has announced the appointment of Aarthi Ramesh as its new Chief Customer Officer, marking a significant addition to the company’s leadership team. Aarthi brings a wealth of experience in customer success, strategic account management, global delivery, and IT strategy, having held pivotal roles across the SaaS, IT, and services industries.
Prior to joining Azentio, Aarthi had an impressive tenure at Freshworks, where she served as Vice President of Customer Success. During her time at Freshworks, she was responsible for leading customer relationships for strategic accounts across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions, driving end-to-end customer journey outcomes, expansion, and retention.
Before Freshworks, Aarthi held multiple senior roles at Cognizant over a span of more than 16 years. She served as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) for the CommsMedia and Technology practice, as well as the CommsMedia/IME practice. Her responsibilities included overseeing operations, business development, marketing, pre-sales, and the overall setup of the APAC business unit.
Aarthi’s career began in the tech industry with roles at Cysive and Siemens Communications Software, where she gained foundational experience as an e-business consultant and software engineer, respectively.
A dedicated and empathetic leader, Aarthi is known for her focus on delivering value to customers and her strong operational acumen. Her academic achievements further highlight her excellence, including being a gold medalist from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and the National Institute of Technology, Trichy. She is also a distinguished Fulbright Scholar.
In her new role at Azentio, Aarthi is excited to contribute to the company’s vision of building a world-class BFSI product company, working alongside a world-class leadership team led by Sanjay Singh.
